At Lot One, specialty coffee is more than just a drink—it’s a shared passion. We thrive on the energy of the specialty coffee community, the product and the technology and experience behind it all.
We like to keep things playful and approachable. Our One Lot Philosophy allows a great sense of focus on one coffee, allowing to let the coffee speak for itself rather then making our mark with one designated roast profile. By releasing one coffee in 4 distinct roast profiles we are sure that every barista will find one profile in our lineup that meets their expectations, regardless of brew mehtod, machine setup and personal preferences.
Community
Our coffee journey is fueled by community. We believe the best brews are born from shared curiosity, open conversations, and joyful connections in the specialty coffee sector. Through our monthly Spoon Sessions that take place in various specialty coffee bars we try to connect passionate barista's and coffee and try to spark curiosity conversation and connection in the specialty coffee community.
