Our Nordburn label is a super-light Scandinavian roast, designed for those who love bright, sparkling flavors. Rumjack is our filter roast, perfect for discovering softer, more layered notes. Diplomat is a versatile omni roast, suited for those who want a bolder filter or a complexer espresso. Back in Black is our boldest roast, with the most outspoken body while still maintaining delicate aroma notes.

Since we only offer one coffee at a time we release a new coffee as soon as the previous one is sold out. This can vary from release to release so keep an eye out for when our new coffee is available or sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date for new coffee releases or new episodes of our video blog.

No, we believe the best thing you can do to start drinking better coffee is grinding it fresh. This is why we try to motivate people to grind their coffee beans right before each brew. No need for super expensive automatic grinders, a manual grinder will do the trick just fine.
